These include 7 &#8216;1 Michelin Star&#8217; restaurants, 58 &#8216;Bib Gourmand&#8217; awardees, and 99 other recommended establishments. This year marks the first inclusion of Danang in the rankings, and the first-ever &#8216;MICHELIN Green Star&#8217; award for sustainability in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:608\">Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/vn\/en\/selection\/vietnam\/restaurants\">Michelin Guides,<\/a> commented on the addition of Danang, saying, &#8220;The three cities of Vietnam, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang, each have their own unique identity. The Vietnamese culinary scene is full of vibrancy, passion, and creativity that constantly surprises the market. The &#8216;Bib Gourmand&#8217; recognizes restaurants offering delicious food at value prices, a favorite among food enthusiasts. Notable Danang awardees include B\u00e9 Ni 2, a friendly and lively 24\/7 eatery serving rice dishes during the day and seafood at night, Indian Aroma, featuring signature dishes from the chef&#8217;s native India, and M\u1ef3 Qu\u1ea3ng S\u1ee9a H\u1ed3ng V\u00e2n, a roadside eatery renowned for its m\u00ec qu\u1ea3ng noodles.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:353\">The first-ever &#8216;MICHELIN Green Star&#8217; in Vietnam was awarded to N\u00e9n Danang, a restaurant emphasizing local ingredients and sustainable practices. N\u00e9n not only communicates positive messages about sustainable cooking to diners but also actively collaborates with local schools to share information with the younger generation, promoting green initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:305\">The Michelin Guide is not only a restaurant guide but also a catalyst for economic growth and tourism.
