The bonds, with maturities of 4 years and 7 years, will carry interest rates of 2.74% and 2.92% per annum, respectively. These bonds will be offered to institutional and cooperative investors. For retail investors, AIS is offering 4-year bonds at 2.74% and 7-year bonds at 2.92%, with subscriptions opening on November 8th and 11th-12th, 2024. Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has assigned the bonds a credit rating of \u201cAAA(tha)\u201d (negative outlook).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:170\">Mr. Montree Khongkritphan, Head of Finance, AIS, stated that the total value of the sustainable bonds will not exceed 25 billion baht. They will be issued in 5 tranches:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"9:3-14:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"9:3-9:57\">3-year bonds with an interest rate of 2.54% per annum<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"10:3-10:57\">4-year bonds with an interest rate of 2.74% per annum<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:3-11:57\">5-year bonds with an interest rate of 2.76% per annum<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:3-12:57\">7-year bonds with an interest rate of 2.92% per annum<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:3-14:0\">10-year bonds with an interest rate of 3.22% per annum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:311\">On October 29th, 2024, AIS opened the bookbuilding process for institutional and cooperative investors, which was met with overwhelming interest, exceeding the target by two times.
