Current Situation of Organ Transplantation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Currently, the world is facing a shortage of organs available for transplantation. Data from the Global Observatory on Donation and Transplantation (GODT) indicates that in 2022, only 157,494 organ transplants were performed worldwide. Kidneys were the most transplanted organs, followed by the liver and heart.<\/p>\n
