This gastronomy showcase is directly paired with an intimate presentation of his latest couture collection, bringing the spirit of his homeland to life.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Originally from Madagascar and currently based in Siem Reap, Raisina is recognized for combining Cambodian textile heritage with African influences. His designs honor ancient weaving techniques while drawing inspiration from major couture houses like Yves Saint Laurent, transforming these elements into wearable works of art.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Raisina explains that Madagascar is the starting point of his imagination, noting that its rich colors, textures, and ingredients carry a story he aims to share. &#8220;Working with The Slate&#8217;s chefs to translate that into flavour and fashion, is something I have never done before. This session features a chef-led six-course tasting menu where Raisina introduces ingredients such as vanilla, wild pepper, cacao, and seafood.
