Dr. Nopparat Panthongwiriyakul BNH Hospital Director, recently held a press conference “BNH Leads in Non-Surgical Enlarged Prostate Treatment with iTind and Rezum Techniques, Unique in Asia,” to emphasize its leadership in Asia and its pioneering role in non-surgical enlarged prostate treatment using iTind & Rezum, led by Dr. Suntchai Wirotsaengthong, a specialist in urology. The advantages of iTind and Rezum are their simplicity and speed, which take only 10-15 minutes. These minimally invasive treatments cause less bleeding and don’t require general anesthesia. They also don’t impact male ejaculatory function, unlike traditional surgery, making them suitable for older patients with surgical risks. Post-treatment, over 95% of patients experience improved urination, though there’s a 4.4% chance of recurrence.
