This collaboration also includes enhancing the payment experience for diverse purchasing channels (Omni Channel), contributing to the exponential growth of business sales. This supports e-commerce trends expected in 2024, with the total market value projected to be between 634-694 billion baht, representing a 7% increase. Meanwhile, ZORT aims to increase its user base by 55% in 2024. In 2023, ZORT surpassed its targets by achieving a value growth for customers of up to 35% and reducing business costs by up to 30%.
