The delegation visited NT Data Center to learn and prepare for the development of a state-of-the-art Data Center in Lao PDR.

NT Data Center is a world-class data center with advanced data security systems and the largest communication network in Thailand, with 13 Data Centers nationwide. This collaboration will strengthen Lao PDR’s digital infrastructure development, a key factor in driving the digital economy and promoting investment in the country.
Furthermore, the NT Data Center located in Si Racha District, Chonburi Province, will be used as a hub for testing and developing AI systems to be implemented in Lao PDR’s Data Center in the future. This will enhance data management efficiency and promote the application of AI technology in both the business and government sectors.
Investing in digital infrastructure, such as Data Centers, is a crucial mechanism for driving the digital economy, which has immense economic value. The development of a Data Center in Lao PDR will attract foreign investment, create jobs,generate income, and improve the quality of life for its citizens.
