Ms. Phattra Maneerattanaporn, Director of Marketing and Product Design of Trendy Home, highlighted the company’s strong performance in the first half of 2024, despite a slowdown in the overall home building market. She attributed this success to Trendy Home’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes that offer long-term value for money.
“We have received positive feedback from our customers regarding the beauty, quality, and construction standards of our homes,” said Ms. Maneerattanaporn. “We use high-quality materials, innovative building technologies, and offer a 20-year warranty and after-sales services. These factors have contributed to our growth in the first two quarters of the year.”
Trendy Home’s parent company, Landy Home, has a registered capital of 200 million baht and has delivered over 8,000 homes in Thailand. The company is confident in its ability to achieve its 600 million baht revenue target for 2024,representing a growth of 33.33% compared to the previous year.
To achieve this goal, Trendy Home is focusing on delivering a wide variety of home designs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of Thai home buyers. The company is utilizing “Customer Data Analytics” to gain insights into the preferences of its three key customer segments.

In the third quarter of 2024, Trendy Home is introducing new home designs for “Family Builders,” including the Sweet Home 01 and Sweet Home 02 models. For “Retiring Elders,” Trendy Home is introducing the Little Wood model, a spacious one-story home that is fully equipped to meet the needs of older adults.
