Environment (E): Thailand Post is committed to reducing its environmental impact through various measures, such as improving transportation efficiency, which has led to an 18% reduction in fuel costs and a 15% reduction in mailbag transportation expenses. Additionally, the shift from physical to digital systems has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by over 400 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, demonstrating a tangible commitment to environmental sustainability.
Social (S): Thailand Post prioritizes creating social value by supporting community income through the sale of various products and services, generating 600 million baht annually. It also promotes community employment through the Licensed Post Office project, generating over 741 million baht per year. Moreover, the company fosters income opportunities for its personnel through new business ventures.
Governance and Economy (G+E): Thailand Post adheres to transparent and efficient management practices, utilizing CRM systems and effective data management. This has resulted in attracting over 1 million customers back to its services and generating over 300 million baht in revenue. The company also focuses on personnel development, with over 95% of postmen receiving soft skills training, reflecting its commitment to continuous organizational improvement.
Environmental Goals: Striving for a Low-Carbon Society
In terms of the environment, Thailand Post aims to become a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions organization by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. It has a clear action plan:

- Promote a circular economy: Implement recycling and reuse programs, such as the “Post Office reBOX” and “วน CYCLE” projects.
As a result of these efforts, Thailand Post has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 2% this year and decreased energy costs by 18%. The company also plans to increase the use of electric vehicles in its operations, aiming for 85% conversion by 2030 and 100% by 2040. It is also exploring the feasibility of using hydrogen energy in the future.

- Basic delivery services: Providing affordable letter and parcel delivery services for everyone.

In the past year, Thailand Post has helped distribute over 600 million baht worth of community products annually. Over the past three years, it has transported over 100,000 tons of fruits and agricultural produce. In the first half of 2023 alone,over 18 million kilograms of Thai fruits were shipped through the EMS nationwide express delivery service.
