The initiative, led by top executives, aims to transform real-time customer feedback into tangible service improvements and solidify the company’s ambition to become the nation’s leading telecom-tech provider.
Bangkok, Thailand – True Corporation Plc today mobilized its workforce in an unprecedented, nationwide employee engagement event titled “True Thank You Day: Thank You for the Trust.” This initiative saw more than 1,400 employees, from frontline sales and marketing teams to back-office and product development staff, step out of their daily roles to connect with customers in their local communities. The event was spearheaded by the company’s senior leadership, including Group CEO Mr. Sigve Brekke, Mr. Manat Manavutiveth, CEO of Data and Enterprise Business, and Mr. Sharad Mehrotra, CEO of Consumer Business, who personally visited communities in Bangkok and other major cities.
The core mission of “True Thank You Day” is twofold: to genuinely listen to customer feedback and to express sincere gratitude for their loyalty. By creating meaningful, direct conversations, True aims to gain a deeper, more nuanced understanding of customer needs and pain points. Further afield, the “Thank You Day” teams engaged with customers in key regional centers, including the Bangsaen Beach area in Chonburi, Sri Chan Road in Khon Kaen, Thung Sri Muang in Ubon Ratchathani, the area behind Chiang Mai University, the Walking Street Market in Songkhla, and Wat Mahathat in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, among many others.
True-dtac customers were able to claim these special privileges on June 14th by scanning a QR code with the True teams at the event locations. For those unable to attend in person, the offers are also available for redemption directly through the TrueApp under the “Privileges” menu until July 15th, 2025.
