LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced its strategic business direction for the second half of 2026 under the concept “LG Make It Yours. Make It Easy” at the “A Taste of Effortless Living” press conference. The company reported a 12% growth in its B2B sector during the first half of the year, driven by commercial HVAC and Information Display solutions, while its LG Subscribe user base grew more than two times year-on-year.

Expanding into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) segment, LG is building on a network that covers over 950 authorized branches nationwide alongside its LG.com platform. The company reported 30% growth in its premium product segment during the first half of 2026, supported by its LG ThinQ app reaching over 1 million active users.

“During the first half of the year, LG strengthened its business foundation through 12% growth in our B2B sector, particularly in commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and ID (Information Display) solutions,” said Mr. Sunghan Jung, President of LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. “This was coupled with the success of the LG Subscribe model, which saw its user base grow by over two times year-on-year, reflecting continuous positive feedback from consumers. This stable growth serves as a crucial foundation that enables us to further expand into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) segment in the second half of the year.”

Strategic Pillars and Service Expansion

LG’s second-half strategy centers on three main operational pillars: Easy to Own, Easy to Live, and Easy to Trust. The Easy to Own initiative focuses on channel accessibility through nationwide authorized branches, D2C digital platform integration, and expanded product offerings under the LG Subscribe model.

The Easy to Live pillar incorporates “AI in Action” features across home appliances and product options developed under “The New Everyday K-Lifestyle” design framework. To support service reliability under the Easy to Trust pillar, the company introduced its “LG Best Care” service standard, extending home service hours in Bangkok and surrounding areas until 9.00 p.m. Monday through Friday, alongside integrated app-based Smart Diagnosis and maintenance support for subscription customers.
