TPC Thailand Office has announced its investment roadmap centered on “The Well-being Economy: A New Role for Business Beyond Sustainability,” targeting growth through mergers, joint ventures, and partnerships across six key sectors.

Six Investment Pillars for the Well-being Economy

TPC Thailand Office, serving as the holding entity and impact investment arm for TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) Group in the country, is actively exploring mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV), and strategic alliances. The investment scope focuses on six core sectors: Well-being & Education, Climate & Nature, Energy Transition, Food System, Circular Economy, and Human Construct. These areas serve as the strategic foundation to generate positive societal impact while driving financial returns.

Ms. Janjira Panitpon, Head of TPC Thailand Office, stated that TPC Thailand Office operates as part of TPC Group, a fourth-generation family business holding company with over 120 years of commercial heritage across Asia, headquartered in Singapore with offices in China, Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand.

The group’s operational framework balances business development with positive human and environmental outcomes. The strategy prioritizes long-term systemic value, ensuring sustainable practices arise directly from foundational commercial activities rather than isolated initiatives.

Industrial Foundation and Well-being Ecosystem in Thailand

The local presence of TPC Group integrates established industrial operations with new impact-focused ventures. The ecosystem includes Unithai Group, an organization operating in Thailand for over 50 years with capabilities across shipping, marine engineering, logistics, ports, and supply-chain infrastructure.

In addition to Unithai Group, the portfolio comprises OCTAVE, a business ecosystem dedicated to developing living systems, services, products, and educational resources aimed at supporting human well-being.

TPC Thailand Office operates as a bridge linking these industrial foundations with new enterprise partnerships, working to elevate operational capabilities and deliver commercial results that align with the broader shift toward a well-being-centered economy.

Connecting Regional Markets via AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026

TPC Group is also expanding international collaboration through its regional engagement platform, AT ONE IMPACT WEEK, which returns to Singapore from 8–12 September 2026. Transitioning to a Forum & Festival format, the upcoming event features global entities such as the World Economic Forum, National Geographic, Temasek Foundation, and Global Compact Network Singapore (UNGC).

The preceding 2025 gathering drew over 4,000 participants and 61 partner organizations, resulting in eight new partnerships and uniting 16 members under the Impact Coalition for Planetary Well-being. A key outcome of that event was the launch of the US$75 million Asia Ocean Fund, targeted at blue economy development, marine ecosystem restoration, and regenerative finance across the region.

The platform offers Thai enterprises and investors a venue to build regional cross-sector partnerships, share operational insights, and develop future investment opportunities centered on sustainable economic models.
