True-dtac 5G has officially opened pre-orders for the iPhone Duo in Thailand, offering promotional savings of up to THB 28,800 alongside a best-price guarantee. Pre-orders commenced on Friday, October 16, at 7:00 PM, ahead of official commercial availability starting Friday, October 23, at 8:00 AM.
Tiered Savings and Trade-In Incentives
The operator has introduced bundled package discounts designed to reduce upfront device costs for subscribers purchasing the handset on designated monthly commitments. Longstanding subscribers can leverage loyalty benefits, including up to THB 2,000 in customer privileges, alongside discounts of up to THB 10,000 through the redemption of True Points or dtac Coins.
To facilitate upgrades, True-dtac is also offering an enhanced trade-in incentive providing up to THB 7,000 in additional savings when trading in an existing device. Through this mechanism, customers can also lock in their device’s buyback value for the following year.
Lock-In Value Coverage and Priority 5G Access
Under the carrier’s “Lock-in Value” scheme, customers pairing the iPhone Duo with a True 5GX plan of THB 1,699 per month or higher receive a complimentary one-year True Value Care package valued at more than THB 6,000. The comprehensive coverage provides repair or replacement services for accidental drops and cracked screens, in addition to securing a guaranteed buyback rate for next year.
Subscribers enrolled in the qualifying True 5GX plans also receive Priority Access privileges across the network, designed to sustain superior throughput and stable connectivity within densely populated, high-traffic mobile environments. The current promotional terms run through October 31, 2026, with complete pricing configurations available via True’s digital channels.
