Central Pattana plc reported strong Q2/2026 performance with THB 13.1 billion in revenue, up 8% YoY, and THB 4.75 billion in net profit, up 10% YoY. The performance was powered by core business strength, which achieved record revenue for four consecutive quarters. The company paid a dividend of THB 2.40 per share while improving its net debt-to-equity ratio.

Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, Chief Finance Officer and President Hotel and Office Businesses of Central Pattana Plc., stated that Q2 performance reflects core business strength, driven by new shopping centre openings, existing asset enhancements, and tenant mix optimization. “These contributed to higher footfalls and stronger tenant sales,” Sriwanvit noted. She added that through effective portfolio management, the company delivers business growth while maintaining a strong financial position and record-high returns to shareholders. “These achievements reinforce Central Pattana’s role as Thailand’s leading place maker, creating destinations that drive economic growth and enhance quality of life in a sustainable way,” she said.

Retail and Residential Expansion Drive Regional Growth

Central Pattana continues expanding through new retail and residential launches across Thailand. The company opened Central Khonkaen Campus on 20 May 2026 to energize the local education and economic district, and Central Northville on 3 July 2026, operating as Thailand’s First Outdoor-inspired Indoor Shopping Centre.

The residential sector saw PHYLL KHONKAEN condominium achieve a 100% sell-out within three days during presales, generating over THB 1.6 billion in sales. This demand underscores Khon Kaen’s potential as a key new growth market for quality residential developments.
