The facility operates with an annual production capacity of 3.9 million square meters, designed to meet the growing demand for structural building materials in Southern Thailand and neighboring ASEAN markets. The technological setup within the Q-CON Songkhla plant integrates automated process controls, robotic material handling, automated warehousing, cutting and steam-curing systems, predictive maintenance algorithms, and market demand analytics. This thermal insulation performance lowers the operational load on mechanical air-conditioning systems, reducing electricity consumption in finished structures by up to approximately 30%. Furthermore, the product line has earned the Carbon Footprint Reduction Label, certifying that its life-cycle emissions meet strict environmental standards.
