BANGKOK — Siam Sanitary Ware Company Limited (SSW), a subsidiary of SCG Decor Public Company Limited (SET: SCGD), has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with AXENT Switzerland AG, part of the AXENT Group, to establish Siam AXENT Smart Technology Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, the new joint venture is held 51% by SSW and 49% by AXENT.
The agreement was officially executed on July 21, 2026, by Mr. Thanongchai Aswinchaichote, Managing Director of SSW, and Mr. Frank Li, Chairman of AXENT Group. The joint venture focuses on assembling and progressively manufacturing smart toilets and advanced tankless toilets in Thailand to supply the expanding market for intelligent bathroom solutions in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Expanding Smart Bathroom Manufacturing in Southeast Asia
The establishment of Siam AXENT Smart Technology Co., Ltd. builds upon a business partnership between SSW and AXENT spanning over 25 years. The entity merges SSW’s manufacturing footprint, skilled workforce, and distribution presence with AXENT’s Swiss design standards, quality framework, and smart sanitary technology.
