Alibaba has officially introduced the international edition of QwenWork, deploying its integrated workplace AI agent platform to global markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
The platform is available in public beta starting today through both web and desktop clients on the official international website. Built to serve both individual professionals and enterprise users, the international release features native interfaces in English and Simplified Chinese, with support for Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean scheduled for upcoming rollouts.
Core Capabilities and Autonomous Workflow Features
QwenWork International consolidates the functionality of three foundational Alibaba AI platforms—QoderWork, MuleRun, and Wukong—into a single workspace environment. Operating through natural language commands, the authorized agent executes multi-step tasks by autonomously navigating websites, managing local computer operations, and processing complex administrative workflows on behalf of the user.
The desktop version introduces Awareness, an opt-in personalization system designed to maintain continuity across multiple user sessions. This feature preserves individual working conventions, preferences, and operational context without requiring ongoing briefing, while allowing users to save optimized workflows as reusable skills or disable the tracking mechanism at any point.
Beyond task automation, the platform incorporates full-stack web development and native multimodal generation tools. Users can generate static HTML pages, access integrated hosting, manage database services, and assign custom domains directly from text prompts, alongside native creation and processing capabilities for images, audio, video, office documents, and cloud-based schedules.
Subscription Structure and Global Availability
Alibaba is delivering the platform through Alibaba Cloud global infrastructure, providing access via Google account and direct email registration alongside upcoming third-party enterprise connector integrations.
QwenWork International operates under a subscription model paired with a credit system, offering dedicated tiers for individual and enterprise users across Basic and Advanced model options.
The global rollout follows the software’s initial public beta debut in China in early August, which was recognized by investment firm Jefferies on August 17 as the top-ranked workplace AI agent among eight global platforms evaluated.
