CP AXTRA Public Company Limited (CPAXT) announced its H1 2026 operating results with total revenue reaching 268,334 million baht, representing a 3.6% year-on-year increase. The growth was largely driven by a 29% expansion in online sales through its primary digital platforms, Makro PRO and Lotus’s SMART App, along with sustained out-of-store sales development.

Strategic Growth Drivers and Platform Performance

The Company’s financial performance highlights the execution of its omnichannel strategy, connecting online channels, physical stores, and shopping mall spaces across its retail network. Beyond digital expansion, CP AXTRA advanced its “Happy & Healthy Mall” initiative aimed at elevating store spaces into lifestyle and wellness destinations. This strategy lifted mall occupancy rates by 4%, particularly across newly transformed locations, helping drive foot traffic and strengthen tenant revenue.

Mr. Tanin Buranamanit, Group Chief Executive Officer of CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, noted that the first-half results demonstrate business resilience and adaptability in changing market conditions. He stated that strategic investments in technology and regional expansion into high-potential markets will strengthen long-term fundamentals and support the Company’s objective to become ASEAN’s leading wholesale-retail operator powered by technology.

Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, the Company plans to maintain growth across all sales channels while furthering its mall transformation strategy. Key market factors expected to support ongoing operations include e-commerce market expansion, continued investment in Retail Tech, and domestic economic drivers such as government stimulus measures and tourism promotion. These developments aim to serve HoReCa customers and small retail operators across primary and secondary cities.

Industry Recognition and ESG Milestones

alongside operational growth, CP AXTRA maintained its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards across its business operations. In Q2 2026, the Company was ranked among the global top 5% in the Food & Staples Retailing sector within S&P Global’s 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

Furthermore, the operator received four awards at the Retail Asia Awards 2026, recognizing its efforts in enhancing customer experience and advancing sustainable retail and wholesale operations. Currently, CP AXTRA manages over 2,700 physical stores across Thailand and Asia, alongside its digital sales platforms.
